Talk on Feb 2nd  HP in Palo Alto (Host: Dr. Marco) The talk was mainly based on the work with the title of " Carrier-injection Type Strained SiGe Optical Modulators " which was conducted by Takagi-Takenaka Group in the University of Tokyo.

Simulation of high-power laser diodes with improved heat sinking structure using epitaxial liftoff technique ( Abstract , Proceeding )  on 29th Jan 2018  (Details of this work will be shown by the journal publication in progress) And, a short advertisement for PyeonChang 2018 winder olympic and paralympic games :) Importantly, Acknowledgement This work was supported by the Research Fund of High Efficiency Laser Laboratory of Agency for Defense Development of Korea (No.UD160069BD).
